Once again, Waterloo alumni, faculty, staff, retirees and friends set new records on Giving Tuesday

To celebrate Giving Tuesday, 1,632 Waterloo supporters -- including alumni, faculty, staff, retirees and friends -- donated a record-smashing $761,934.57 ! It’s a remarkable achievement that we quite literally could not have reached without you. Thank you for empowering Waterloo students and faculty to discover, explore and create to find the solutions needed for our future.
Highlights from Giving Tuesday
In total, 25 of our challenges were completed, unlocking $164,289.57 from our Challenge Champions.
The School of Optometry and Vision Science took home the Most Donors Challenge (239 donors) and the Most Dollars Challenge ($160,056 raised).
