The Telfer School of Management invites applications for a non-tenure-track replacement faculty position in Human Resources Management & Organizational Behaviour at the rank of Assistant Professor.

Title of Position: Replacement professor in Human Resources Management & Organizational Behaviour.

Terms: The duration of this contract is for three years, commencing on July 1, 2023, and ending on June 30, 2026.

Duties: Teaching activities: Duties of the faculty member will mainly include teaching activities.


  • Education: Ph.D. in Human Resources Management & Organizational Behaviour in a related discipline.
  • Language: English and/or French. The ability to speak and teach in both official languages is an asset.
  • Work experience: Industry experience is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrate excellence, or potential for excellence in teaching.
  • Contributed to service activities at the university level.

Salary and Benefits Package: Salaries are competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
