- Outstanding teaching contributions at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, and a genuine commitment to academic and teaching excellence in . Teaching will make up approximately 70% of this position; o Demonstrated excellence in research, including evidence of high-quality scholarly output, commensurate with years since PhD obtained, that demonstrates potential for independent research leading to peer assessed publications and the securing of external research, in addition to expertise that complements existing research areas in the department; o Evidence of an ability to work collaboratively in an innovative and interdisciplinary and student-centered environment;
o The successful candidate will also be expected to make contributions through service to the department, the Faculty, the University, and/or the broader community.
