Career Opportunities (sapsf.com) General Purpose Reporting to the Manager, Content & Accessibility Services, the Content & Accessibility Associate delivers essential services for students registered with Student Accessibility Services (SAS) and supports the creation of high-quality, accessible digital learning resources. The incumbent will ensure that students with disabilities have equitable access to course materials by creating and remediating alternative-format documents and providing training and support on assistive technologies. They will also collaborate with library employees to create engaging videos, guides, tutorials, and learning materials. They will advise colleagues on pedagogy, accessibility, and effective digital content design. This position may require occasional evenings and weekends for special events.
